in your life. Questions are empowering, answers and statements are
disempowering.
Light and Heavy What if you sense whether
you feel lightness or heavyness in your body, when you hear or read
something, or ask a question. If you feel lightness, it means that it's
true for you, if you feel heaviness, it means it isn't true for you. It
may be true for others, but not for you. What if heavy or light
could be your barometer, instead of always judging everything as right
or wrong? Would that create just a little more ease for you?
